This is an aspect of outsourcing that a lot of people don't consider. In my field of work (design and communication), I saw a lot of horror stories about companies outsourcing to other smaller companies and then seeing their copyrights, portfolio creations, and other intellectual properties ending up scattered over the internet. Especially when outsourcing with companies in other countries, sometimes not bound to the same laws as yours, it becomes a real concern.
