The mission of the Chambre de l'assurance de dommages is to ensure the protection of the public in the areas of damage insurance and claims adjustment. The ChAD oversees the mandatory continuing professional education of more than 14,000 damage insurance agents and brokers and claims adjusters, and it acts in a preventive capacity, regulating the professional practice of individuals who work in these fields.

Chambre de la sécurité financière

The mission of the Chambre de la sécurité financière is to protect consumers by maintaining discipline and overseeing the training and ethics of more than 32,000 members who work in five sectors, that is, group savings plan brokerage, financial planning, insurance of persons, group insurance of persons and scholarship plan brokerage.

L’Institut québécois de planification financière

The mission of the Institut québécois de planification financière is to protect the financial well-being of Quebec consumers by overseeing the training and qualification of financial planners. The Institut québécois de planification financière (IQPF) is the only organization in Quebec authorized to grant financial planning diplomas and to establish rules concerning the ongoing professional development of professional financial planners. The IQPF is also the only organization entirely dedicated to and reserved for financial planners.

The Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) integrates a set of related technical standards, specifications and guidelines designed to meet ADL’s functional requirements – accessibility, interoperability, durability and reusability. Terranova’s Learning Management System and training are SCORM compliant.

The Aviation Industry CBT (Computer-Based Training) Committee (AICC) is an international association of technology-based training professionals. Terranova’s Learning Management System and training are compliant to several of the AICC’s Guidelines & Recommendations (AGR's).
